In Progress This project is located on the 27-acre campus of Savona Mill’s master-planned mixed use redevelopment, which is centered around the conversion of a 200,000 SF 105-year-old former textile mill into an adaptive reuse office space that includes retail and a community plaza. Elford will be constructing the development’s new 321-unit multi-family residential buildings. The buildings will feature state-of-the-art amenities and direct access to ample greenspace, the expanded Stewart Creek Greenway, and nearly 40 acres of adjacent parks.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

In Progress  This project includes the construction of a mixed-use residential/retail building in Huntersville, NC. The 4-story building will consist of 134 apartment units on the top three floors as well as on the East side of the first floor, and retail spaces on the North side of the first floor. The East building will house the leasing office and associated tenant common-use spaces. At the South end of the building, there will be an amenity spaces that will include fitness and club rooms, and as outdoor area with a patio and pool. The construction of the development also includes site utilities and infrastructure to support the construction of townhomes that will be completed in a future phase.

This project includes a new apartment complex featuring a 4-story wood framed luxury-style apartment building containing 225 apartment units in a combination of studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom layouts with an attached 245 vehicle precast parking garage, courtyard with swimming pool, clubroom, business center, and fitness room. The property boasts over 11,000 SF of indoor amenity space and another 21,000 SF of secluded courtyard.

This new multifamily development included sitework, 192 residential units, and a clubhouse. Amenities include a resort style pool, outdoor lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center, and an enclosed dog park. The Rise provides the comforts of high-end living in each unit including quarts counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and views of the Columbus Skyline.

 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Broadview offers a high-end, boutique apartment experience while providing direct access to the restaurants, shops, and entertainment of Grandview Avenue. This project consisted of 3-story rowhomes, a 5-story building with a podium garage, and a unique design corresponding with the transition between the neighborhood to the west and the commercial corridor to the east. Community amenities include a courtyard over a private garage, a clubhouse/lounge, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The site plan connects residents with the first phase of The Broadview and greatly improves pedestrian paths for the surrounding neighborhood.

The Reach is located on the 19 acer campus of White Castle’s new corporate headquarters. The 260-unit apartment complex also includes parking structures and a 20,000 SF community center for events and meetings.

The Reach was constructed in two phases. Phase 1 completed two new wood framed 3-story walkups and one 4-story building with a total of 94,162 SF and 82 units. Phase 2 completed the remaining 178 units.

The Broadview offers a high-end, boutique apartment experience while offering direct connectivity to the restaurants, shops, and entertainment of Grandview Avenue.

The 64 units with approximately 61,000 SF feature one bedroom, two bedroom, and penthouse floorplans in three levels of apartments over a podium with a sub-grade garage. The high-end finishes include stainless steel appliances, rich quartz counters, custom kitchen islands, custom lighting, faux-wood flooring, washers/dryers, and ten feet ceilings throughout. The project’s amenities include a lounge with mini-bar, a reception lobby, an outdoor patio and grilling area, and a beautifully designed courtyard (with fire pits, seating areas, extensive hardscaping, and landscaping). An underground parking garage offers secure access in a climate-controlled environment.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This new 4-story wood structure facility is located in the heavy urban center of The Ohio State University campus. The complex has a total of 127 beds across 45 units consisting of one, two and three bedrooms. Two preexisting apartment structures were demolished to accommodate the footprint of the new facility. The facility features a gated first level parking garage and 3 levels of apartments. Each apartment contains access to exterior balconies and common courtyard with amenities including a resident lounge area and computer center.
