Located on 32 acres in the suburbs of Columbus, First Community Village is comprised of a mix of Independent Living Apartments, Assisted Living Apartments, Memory Support Units, and Skilled Nursing Units. - Demolition of the existing garden apartments
- A new Independent Living apartment building with 70 one and two bedroom units averaging 1,281 SF
- Underbuilding structured parking garage with 70 spaces
- Retrofitting, re-purposing, and finish upgrades of approximately 13,000 SF of the existing commons building

Elford’s value engineering efforts kept project costs within the Owner’s budget.
